OUR PROCESS
The first phase of the process is dedicated to understanding your business and ambitions for growth. A thorough induction session with key internal stakeholders will provide us with a foundation of knowledge that we will then layer with our own insights and experience (industry & brand news, calendar of brands reviews, relevant recent M&A etc).
The deliverable for this stage is an annual BD plan that outlines campaigns and activity that will lead to new client acquisition.
We launch bespoke business development campaigns to a number of targeted prospects each month. We help to introduce you to brands based on specific challenges and needs using a combination of communication channels, content marketing and networking.
As a client, you also have access to The Introduction’s own network of brand relationships and pitches that we manage.
The deliverables for this stage are 2-4 introductions arranged for you to attend each month.
Success is measured against the number of opportunities that are converted into business won.
