We hosted another amazing The Dinner Club x CMO Edition series!
The key themes centred around how data can be used to connect the user journey and how personalisation can drive brand advocacy. Over dinner and drinks, we discussed the risks and considerations of personalisation; how to use data to power an omnichannel strategy and how this can protect brand equity; different approaches to re-engaging with customers after a purchase and the role of 1st and 3rd party data across teams and functions.
We were lucky to be joined by DAC Group who flew in from London to drive the conversation and share their wealth of knowledge on the subject matter. Thanks to the team for all of their valuable insights and for so aptly guiding the group with best practices to ease some of the common challenges being faced by the brands.
